Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from the high-water mark on the mainland at latitude 21º 17.999' south

• to latitude 21º 17.999' south, longitude 149º 30.000' east

• to latitude 21º 09.999' south, longitude 149º 30.000' east

• to latitude 21º 06.999' south, longitude 149º 18.500' east

• to latitude 21º 02.499' south, longitude 149º 15.000' east

• to the high-water mark on the mainland at the northern tip of Slade Point.
