Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from the high-water mark on the northern tip of Cape Palmerston

• to latitude 21º 17.999' south, longitude 149º 20.000' east

• to the high-water mark on the mainland at latitude 21º 17.999' south.
