The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from the high-water mark on the mainland at the northern tip of Slade Point

• to latitude 21º 02.499' south, longitude 149º 15.000' east

• to latitude 20º 56.999' south, longitude 149º 11.000' east

• to latitude 20º 52.899' south, longitude 149º 04.400' east

• to the high-water mark on the mainland at the north-eastern tip of Cape Hillsborough.
