Section 159A Document evidencing registration of Queensland regulated ship

Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

(1) This section applies if the administering agency is required to issue to a person a document, including an amended document, evidencing the registration of a Queensland regulated ship.

(2) The administering agency may issue the document by making it available for the person to access electronically.
