Section 152 Only 1 marine licence of the same type to be held at the same time

Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

A person must not hold, at the same time—

(a) more than 1 recreational marine driver licence; or

(b) more than 1 personal watercraft licence.

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
