Section 149 Administering agency may direct destruction of superseded marine licence indicator

Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

(1) The administering agency may direct a person to destroy a superseded marine licence indicator.

(2) The person must comply with the direction.

Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—20 penalty units.
