Section 126 Making application

Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

(1) A person may apply to the administering agency for a marine licence or a marine licence indicator for a marine licence.

(2) The application must be—

(a) in the approved form; and

(b) supported by enough information to enable the administering agency to decide the application; and

(c) for a marine licence—accompanied by the fee for the licence.
