Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from Lucinda Point on the mainland

• to George Point, Hinchinbrook Island

• along the southern and western shores of Hinchinbrook Island to Hecate Point

• to the high-water mark at latitude 18° 14.909' south on the mainland.
