Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2016

The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from latitude 25° 24.899' south on the mainland

• due east to longitude 152° 58.060' east

• in a north-easterly direction to the intersection of latitude 25° 22.899' south and Fraser Island

• along the western shore of Fraser Island to longitude 153° 04.060' east

• to Inskip Point on the mainland.
