The waters bounded by an imaginary line drawn—

• from Burrum Point on the mainland

• to the Fairway Beacon, Hervey Bay

• to Rooney Point, Fraser Island

• along the western shore of Fraser Island to latitude 25° 22.899' south

• to latitude 25° 24.899', longitude 152° 58.060' east

• due west to the mainland at latitude 25° 24.899' south.
