(a) for a ship on a Queensland intrastate voyage, or an interstate voyage in Queensland waters, that is 500gt or less

(b) for a ship on a Queensland intrastate voyage, or an interstate voyage in Queensland waters, that is more than 500gt—

(i) for the first 500gt

(ii) for each gross ton, or part of a gross ton, over 500gt

(c) for any other ship
